Who is Sunidhi Agrotech?
Sunidhi Agrotech Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified power reaper manufacturer and agricultural machinery manufacturer based at Kuha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It designs, fabricates, welds, assembles and load-tests every machine in its own plant, and sells factory-direct, so the price a farmer is quoted carries no distributor margin.
The business began in 2014, when Bharatkumar Patel built the first power reapers at Kuha. It earned ISO 9001 certification in 2017, was formally established as Sunidhi Industries in 2020 — the name still used on IndiaMART and other marketplaces — and was incorporated as Sunidhi Agrotech Pvt Ltd in 2023. Sunidhi Industries and Sunidhi Agrotech are the same company; the machines carry the brand mark SAT.
The factory builds seven machine lines for Indian farms of roughly 2 to 20 acres. Dealers work in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana, and the plant ships to farmers across India. Every machine comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery, is load-tested before dispatch and is backed by genuine spare parts from the same line; transport is charged separately at actual cost by distance.

A power reaper is a walk-behind harvesting machine that cuts standing crop close to the ground and lays it in a neat row. Sunidhi Agrotech's self-propelled power reaper runs on a 5 HP engine — a Greaves diesel in the SAT-R101, a Honda GX200 petrol in the SAT-R102 — and one operator covers about an acre an hour. It cuts as low as 4 cm, keeps crop loss under 0.5 percent and handles wheat, paddy, soybean, barley, jowar, bajra, maize, mustard and green fodder.
Because the grain is not threshed inside the machine, the straw comes out whole and can be sold as bhusa instead of being burnt. In Hindi the company markets this reaper as the Jadui Katar (जादुई कटर, "magic cutter") and the Laal Katar (लाल कटर) after its red paint; farmers also call it a फसल कटाई की मशीन, गेहूं काटने की मशीन or धान काटने की मशीन. Differential power reaper for small and uneven fields (SAT-R201)

The SAT-R201 is a 5 HP power reaper with a differential axle and a differential lock. The differential lets the wheels turn at different speeds, so the machine pivots cleanly at the end of each row in small, bunded or irregular fields; when a wheel slips in wet soil, the lock joins both wheels again for traction. Reaper with seat — the SAT-S701 seating attachment

The SAT-S701 turns a walk-behind SAT reaper into a riding machine. The kit — a seat, foot-lever steering and a trailing balance wheel — bolts onto any SAT-R101, SAT-R102 or SAT-R201 in about 30 minutes, with no welding and no permanent change to the reaper. On long harvest days the operator rides instead of walking, which cuts fatigue and keeps the pace steady. Price: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.

A chaff cutter chops green or dry fodder into short pieces that cattle eat with less waste. The SAT-C301 uses four blades sharpened on both edges — eight cutting edges per set — driven by a 3 HP electric motor, and cuts 600 to 800 kg of fodder an hour with an adjustable cut length. Tractor straw loader — the bhusa machine (SAT-L401)

After a reaper or combine harvest, a straw loader picks up the loose straw, chops it into fine bhusa and blows it straight into a trolley. The SAT-L401 mounts on a tractor's 3-point linkage, runs off a 540 RPM PTO on any tractor of 15 HP and above, and fills a trolley in about 20 to 25 minutes through a 1500 mm pickup. The SAT-B501 is a tractor-operated boom sprayer with a 32 ft folding boom, 21 nozzles, a 500 litre tank and an HTP triplex pump driven by the 540 RPM PTO of a tractor of 35 HP and above. A wide, even boom puts pesticide and herbicide down at a uniform rate in one pass, where knapsack spraying leaves gaps and overlaps. Tractor operated groundnut digger (SAT-G601)

A groundnut digger lifts peanut plants out of the soil with the pods still attached. The SAT-G601 is a single-row digger on a standard tractor 3-point linkage; its blade runs at about 15 degrees, under the pod zone, so the whole plant comes up with less pod loss than pulling by hand, and it needs no PTO drive.
