Three hardened blades, an adjustable cut length and enough capacity for 2,000 kg an hour — the kutti machine that keeps a dairy shed running without turning feeding into a full-time job.
Cattle eat every day, twice a day, whether or not anyone has time to chop fodder by hand. The SAT-C301 turns that chore into a short, predictable task.
The SAT-C301 is a chaff cutter — a kutti machine — that draws whole fodder in through feed rollers and cuts it against a shear plate with three hardened blades. Capacity runs to 2,000 kg an hour, and the cut length is adjustable, so the same machine produces fine kutti for young stock and a coarser cut for animals that need more roughage. It handles green fodder and dry straw equally well, which matters because most sheds feed a mix depending on the season. An electric motor drive is available and is the usual choice where shed power is reliable.
Dairy farms of any size, mixed farms that keep a few animals alongside crops, and gaushalas feeding a large herd on a schedule. It is also the natural partner to our SAT-L401 straw loader: the loader brings dry bhusa in from the field, the chaff cutter processes green fodder at the shed, and between them your fodder line is complete from harvest to manger.
Buying your first chaff cutter? Our kutti machine buying guide covers sizing by herd, why blade quality decides the machine’s life, and the safety points worth insisting on. Fodder equipment is also subsidy-eligible in several states — see the Gujarat subsidy roadmap.
Enough capacity that a full day’s feed for a sizeable herd is cut in a single short session.
Hardened steel holds an edge through season after season of green and dry fodder. Blades are replaceable wear parts.
Fine kutti for calves, coarser cut for mature stock — one machine covers a mixed herd.
Napier, lucerne, berseem, maize and jowar, plus wheat and paddy straw. No swapping machines by season.
Set up for electric drive where shed power is reliable — quiet, simple and cheap to run.
A machine that runs twice a day, every day, is built differently. Fabricated, welded and load-tested in our own plant.
Factory figures, verified on our own bench before any unit is cleared to leave the plant.

Field tip from our service team: keep the blades sharp and the shear plate gap correct. A blunt blade tears fodder instead of slicing it, which loads the drive, slows the machine and produces a ragged kutti that cattle pick through rather than finish.
No distributor, no middleman margin. The quote you get on WhatsApp is the plant’s own price for the SAT-C301.
Blades, shear plates, bearings and feed rollers come from the same line that built your machine — through your dealer or direct from the factory.
Every SAT-C301 is run under load and inspected before it leaves the plant. Units that fail go back to the line, never to a farm.
Hands-on training on delivery day, so the machine earns from its first field — not its third week.
The field half of your fodder line — a full trolley of fine bhusa in 20–25 minutes.
Cut fodder crops in the field first — a 5 HP walk-behind reaper that clears roughly an acre an hour.
For small, irregular fodder plots where a standard reaper struggles to turn.
