Every machine Sunidhi Agrotech Pvt Ltd builds carries a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. If something fails because of how the machine was made, we repair it or replace the affected parts. That applies to all seven machine lines, from the ₹25,000 seating attachment to the reapers.

Belts, blades, bearings and cutter-bar sections come from the same plant that built your machine. Parts stay available after the warranty year ends, not just during it.
Training comes with delivery, at no cost. Most calls in the first season turn out to be settings or handling, and the training is there to prevent exactly that.
The machine price is factory-direct and does not include transport. We charge transport at cost, by distance, so a farmer in Gujarat is not paying for a lorry to Punjab. These are the standard rates.

Buying more than one machine, or ordering as a dealer? Transport is quoted on the actual load rather than per machine, and usually works out lower. Ask us for the number before you decide.
Every machine is built and dispatched against a specific order. Once it has been built, fitted to your engine choice and load-tested, it is not stock we can put back on a shelf. So returns and exchanges are not accepted.
What that does not mean is that you are on your own if something is wrong. A machine that arrives with a manufacturing fault is our problem, and it is handled under the 1 year warranty above. We repair it or replace the parts. That is the route for a genuine defect, and it is the route we would rather you use, because it actually fixes the machine.
The honest way to avoid a bad purchase is before the order, not after it. Tell us your crop, your acreage and your field conditions and we will tell you which build we would send and why, including when the answer is that you do not need the more expensive one.
