Hitch the SAT-L401 to your tractor's PTO and it collects, chops and blows fine bhusa straight into the trolley — one pass over the field, no second handling, no burning.
Every acre you harvest leaves a carpet of residue. The SAT-L401 turns that residue into fodder stock or saleable bhusa — before the next crop even goes in.
The SAT-L401 is a tractor-operated straw loader that mounts on a standard 3-point linkage and runs off a 540 RPM PTO — any tractor of 35 HP and above will drive it. As you move down the field, a 1500 mm wide pickup sweeps the straw swath, an integrated cutter chops it into fine bhusa on the way in, and a heavy-duty centrifugal blower delivers it into the trolley behind. Because chopping happens during loading, what lands in the trolley is finished bhusa — ready to feed your cattle or sell at the mandi. No second machine, no second labour bill.
Dairy farmers who buy bhusa all year. Mixed farms that burn straw only because collecting it by hand is slow. Custom-hire operators who want a machine that earns per trolley. Pair it with our SAT-C301 chaff cutter and your fodder line is complete — dry bhusa from the field, green kutti at the shed. Farms with livestock typically recover the machine's cost within two seasons, and residue-management equipment attracts subsidy in several states — see our Gujarat subsidy roadmap.

Pickup, cutter and blower work together in a single operation. The bhusa in the trolley needs no further processing.
A wide sweep clears the swath in fewer rounds, so a full trolley takes 20–25 minutes — not an afternoon of hand work.
The integrated cutter reduces straw to fine bhusa as it is drawn in — the grade cattle eat readily and buyers pay for.
A centrifugal blower throws bhusa deep into the trolley with minimal spillage — you keep what you collect.
Standard 3-point linkage with drawbar hitch and 540 RPM PTO drive — no modifications to your tractor needed.
Roughly 800 kg of fabricated steel, welded and assembled in our own plant — and load-tested before dispatch.
The numbers below are factory figures — the same ones our load-test bench signs off before any unit ships.

Field tip from our service team: load straw while it is still slightly dry. It picks up cleanest, chops finest and stores best — waiting past a rain shower makes the whole job harder and drops the bhusa grade.
No distributor, no middleman margin. The quote you get on WhatsApp is the plant's own price for the SAT-L401.
Cutter blades, blower parts and bearings come from the same line that built your machine — through dealers or direct.
Every SAT-L401 is run under load and inspected before it leaves the plant. Units that fail go back to the line, never to a farm.
Hands-on training on delivery day — PTO hook-up, cutter care and trolley positioning — so you load from the first field.
Cut the crop before you collect the straw — a 5 HP walk-behind reaper that harvests an acre an hour, as low as 4 cm.
The other half of your fodder line — up to 2,000 kg of kutti per hour with 3 hardened blades and adjustable cut length.
Another job for the same tractor — 32 ft spraying span, 21 nozzles and a 500-litre tank with HTP triplex pump.
