SAT-L401 · Tractor Straw Loader

The straw loader that fills a trolley in 25 minutes.

Hitch the SAT-L401 to your tractor's PTO and it collects, chops and blows fine bhusa straight into the trolley — one pass over the field, no second handling, no burning.

Machine Overview

The straw left behind is money on the ground.

Every acre you harvest leaves a carpet of residue. The SAT-L401 turns that residue into fodder stock or saleable bhusa — before the next crop even goes in.

01/ OVERVIEW

What it is

The SAT-L401 is a tractor-operated straw loader that mounts on a standard 3-point linkage and runs off a 540 RPM PTO — any tractor of 35 HP and above will drive it. As you move down the field, a 1500 mm wide pickup sweeps the straw swath, an integrated cutter chops it into fine bhusa on the way in, and a heavy-duty centrifugal blower delivers it into the trolley behind. Because chopping happens during loading, what lands in the trolley is finished bhusa — ready to feed your cattle or sell at the mandi. No second machine, no second labour bill.

Who it is for

Dairy farmers who buy bhusa all year. Mixed farms that burn straw only because collecting it by hand is slow. Custom-hire operators who want a machine that earns per trolley. Pair it with our SAT-C301 chaff cutter and your fodder line is complete — dry bhusa from the field, green kutti at the shed. Farms with livestock typically recover the machine's cost within two seasons, and residue-management equipment attracts subsidy in several states — see our Gujarat subsidy roadmap.

Collect, Chop, Load — One Pass

Pickup, cutter and blower work together in a single operation. The bhusa in the trolley needs no further processing.

1500 mm Pickup Width

A wide sweep clears the swath in fewer rounds, so a full trolley takes 20–25 minutes — not an afternoon of hand work.

Chops While It Loads

The integrated cutter reduces straw to fine bhusa as it is drawn in — the grade cattle eat readily and buyers pay for.

Heavy-Duty Blower

A centrifugal blower throws bhusa deep into the trolley with minimal spillage — you keep what you collect.

Fits Any 35 HP+ Tractor

Standard 3-point linkage with drawbar hitch and 540 RPM PTO drive — no modifications to your tractor needed.

Built for Season After Season

Roughly 800 kg of fabricated steel, welded and assembled in our own plant — and load-tested before dispatch.

Wheat straw Paddy straw Barley Oats Jowar Dry fodder

Field tip from our service team: load straw while it is still slightly dry. It picks up cleanest, chops finest and stores best — waiting past a rain shower makes the whole job harder and drops the bhusa grade.

Quick Answers

Straw loader questions, answered

Which tractor do I need for the SAT-L401 straw loader?
Any tractor of 35 HP and above with a standard 540 RPM PTO. The machine mounts on a regular 3-point linkage with a drawbar hitch — no modification to the tractor is required, and our team demonstrates the hook-up during free delivery training.
How much bhusa can it load in a day?
The SAT-L401 fills one full trolley in 20–25 minutes. In a normal working day, that means several trolleys — the practical limit is usually trolley turnaround, not the machine. Custom-hire operators plan their rates per trolley for exactly this reason.
Which crop residues can it handle?
Wheat straw, paddy straw, barley, oats, jowar and dry fodder. Straw that is still slightly dry loads cleanest and gives the best bhusa grade — avoid collecting immediately after rain.
Do I need a separate machine to chop the straw?
No. An integrated cutter chops the straw into fine bhusa while it is being loaded, and the centrifugal blower delivers it into the trolley. What arrives at your shed is ready to feed or sell — there is no second handling step.
What is the price of the straw loader?
Pricing is factory-direct and shared on request — call +91 87996 56981 or WhatsApp us for the current quote. Residue-management equipment attracts government subsidy in several states, and we guide your paperwork based on previous approvals.
